President & CEO

Serving families in Los Gatos, Saratoga, Monte Sereno, San Jose, and the Bay Area since 1995

Our History

Following the acquisition of Pacific Trust Company and Western Capital Management by Comerica Bank, Enterprise Trust & Investment Company President and CEO Marc Rebboah, sought to create something new - a local independent trust company that would deliver quality investment management and fiduciary services to high-net worth individuals and their families.

Marc envisioned that the integration of those services would be the foundation of providing individualized attention, all at the highest professional level with a non-product, non-commission orientation.

On September 12, 1995, Enterprise Trust & Investment Company received its independent trust company charter from the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI). Today, ETIC continues to operate under that same governance and is authorized to conduct business under banking law.
