COMPANY PROFILE

INTRODUCTION

Enterprise Trust & Investment Company is the only fully independent Trust & Investment company headquartered in California chartered by the Department of Financial Institutions (formerly the California State Banking Department). As such, ET&IC is an incorporated banking institution authorized to conduct business under banking law. The functional difference between a traditional bank and ET&IC is that by design ET&IC emphasizes on providing asset management and professional fiduciary services to its clients, rather than focus on commercial banking. Thus, ET&IC is a personal relationship focused asset management company with banking powers and extensive fiduciary expertise that currently manages over $600 million for High-Net-Worth Individuals, Institutional Endowments, Foundations and Not-for-Profit Organizations.

Enterprise Trust & Investment Company is locally owned and operated. Its directors and investors are community leaders whose experience and community involvement shape the company's commitment to responsive service. Its management and officers are experienced professionals with a successful track record of providing quality investment management and trust services while exceeding the high standards and general principles of fiduciary responsibility.

As the only fully independent Trust & Investment Company in California, Enterprise Trust & Investment Company offers its clients a superior personal service through unbiased financial decisions. This enables its professionals to be impartial in the asset selection process for the ultimate benefit of the client. This flexible and responsive approach allows for customization in order to satisfy the individual client's objectives. Because compensation is based on the size and nature of the client relationship rather than the selling of products, Enterprise Trust & Investment Company is relationship driven rather than commission driven.
